Engineer with Plastic Extrusion Experience
Homeshield, Rice Lake is accepting resumes for an Engineer with plastic extrusion experience. This position reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineer Manager and will oversee and advance our extrusion processes. Much of the work will be in the area of Research and Development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline related to plastic processing. A minimum of 5 years experience with a working knowledge of plastic extrusions, metal fabrication, equipment design and CAD experience is desired. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Experience with SolidWorks is a plus. In addition, proven leadership and communication skills are essential. Grinding Technician - Luck, WI
Full-time 1st Shift
Monday - Thursday ~ 5:00am – 3:30 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Weinig profile grinder equipment model 960 preferred. Must be able to use various measuring devices to 0.001 of an inch. Previous grinding experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning and loading of moulder heads
Grinding knife stock to profile
Maintain cutter heads and grinding equipment
Installing carbide inserts
Delivery of heads to production floor
